# Welcome!

Kortstrid - A new way to TCG

*In a distant and secluded corner of the Kortstrid Universe lies the enigmatic planet Jotunn, a world bound to an intricate tapestry of elemental forces. Forged from the remnants of ancient, powerful beings, Jotunn is a land divided into twelve primary elemental regions, each brimming with unique flora, fauna, and breathtaking landscapes. These regions are bound together by an unseen force, maintaining a delicate balance that preserves the harmony of the planet.*

*The world of Kortstrid is a temporal counterpart to the vibrant Cosmic Universe, separated by a sealed portal that restricts travel between the two realms. However, through the eons, a select few beings have managed to slip through the astral cracks, bringing with them their unique powers and abilities. Once every millennium, the gateway freely opens, allowing a torrent of deities and beasts to converge and do battle, creating a crude sense of balance between the universes.*

*The heroes of Jotunn, who have sworn to protect their world from those who seek to disrupt the elemental harmony, come from various walks of life and possess unique abilities. Ranging from mighty Conjurers and valiant Templar Knights to cunning Bowmen and enigmatic Summoners, these heroes unite to face the forces of darkness that threaten their world.*

*In the shadows lurks the malevolent god, Chaos, who seeks to shatter the cosmic barrier and bring ruin to Jotunn and the universe beyond. With an army of loyal minions at his command, Chaos's influence grows stronger every day, inching closer to the cataclysm that could spell doom for all existence.*

*In Kortstrid, heroes are forged, alliances are tested, and the fate of the universe hangs in the balance. As the elemental regions tremble under the weight of impending conflict, one question remains: which path will you take to fight, conquer, and ascend in the epic saga of Kortstrid?*

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.kortstrid.io/welcome.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
